Thailand Delivery

We offer free delivery & returns by Kerry Express throughout Thailand.

Timing: you will receive your order within 1-3 days (Bangkok: 1-2 days; the rest of Thailand 2-3 days)

Preorders may take an additional 2 weeks to make  : we will let you know once ready!

International Delivery

Free express worldwide shipping by DHL Express for all order over 100€ ; time delay: 2-5 working days. 

International shipping by DHL Express from Bangkok, Thailand is a flat rate of 20€ for orders under 100€ / 2-5 working days

Preorders may take an additional 2 weeks to make  : we will update you once ready to ship!

International customs duties & taxes

You may have to pay customs duties and taxes upon delivery, depending on your location.

International returns & exchanges

You can return all items in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of reception. For refunds: we will refund your payment once we receive proof of return shipping. Currently we cannot reimburse you for the return shipping cost but will offer you store credit equivalent to the amount. Please contact us for detailed instructions.
